Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints

• Handle all documentation related to export processes, including invoices, shipping, customs, and compliance.

• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals

• Managing the sales process through specific software programs

• Building and maintaining a CRM database

• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Participating in a sales team meeting

• Knowledge of Export trade process & policies will be a Plus.

• Good Knowledge of MS Excel

• MUST HAVE: Strong communication skills (written and verbal), as you are interacting with International Clients through Emails & Calls.
