Job Description

1. Audit of Books on a monthly basis & Prepare Profit & Loss Amount & Balance Sheet

2. Finalisation of Balance Sheet with statutory compliance

3. Finalisation of statutory compliance i.e GST, TDS, Income tax and other

4. Review of documents for foreign remittance

5. Review / Scrutiny of Account Payables/ Account Receivable ledger Accounts, analysis and reconciliation with their statement of Accounts.

6. Proper follow-up of Payments.

7. Review Invoices & Check all related documents for Material dispatching

8. Preparing MIS Reports on Funds availability.

9. Prepare monthly stock report & operational Data for CC limit

10. Prepare GST & TDS Return

11. Handling Team of 7 - 10 members

12. Preparation of various types of reporting to the CEO as required by management

13. Coordination with the bank for Working Capital limits and Term Loans

14. Arranging LC and FLC facilities from Bank

Must-Have: 

• Required Candidate profile Finalisation of statutory compliance i.e. GST, TDS, Income tax and other.

• Experience with an Export Company is required.

• Experience of Handling Team

• Should be working at Manager / Senior or Head Level currently
