• Define the social media strategy and manage the presence across all social media channels
• Create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR, and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients industries.
• Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.
• Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.
• Analyse and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.

• Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
• Film Video - related campaigns - Work with the brand and internal team to manage film and video related campaigns end to end - from understanding the brief to production and to ensure the right impact is made through kickass distribution following PESO framework.
• Develop multichannel editorial calendar and owned content strategy in partnership with creative directors across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
