2. Demonstration application and validations of new products at customer site

3. To do Troubleshooting on products with principal companies.

4. Induction training on products for sales personnel

5. To provide product knowledge and selling skills to sales personnel.

6. To develop the confidence through technical training and trouble shooting guidelines to new recruitment's.

7. To give product refreshment documents for updating their efforts in market.     

8. Analysis and preparation of products specifications.

9. Comparison of products with competitors.

10. Preparation & checking of promotional materials.

11. Technical support `and services about product specifications to customers/ sales personnel. Via e-mail, telephone and onsite.

12. Managing customer database related to the complaints & other technical documents..

13. Attends National conferences participates by the company.

14. Miscellaneous work as per requirement
