Job Summary:

Seeking a data-driven Research Marketing Specialist to analyze digital trends, consumer behavior, and LinkedIn engagement. The role focuses on leveraging insights to enhance brand positioning and optimize marketing strategies. An MBA with expertise in digital marketing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research on digital trends, customer behavior, and industry benchmarks.
  • Analyze LinkedIn performance, engagement, and competitor strategies.
  • Develop research-backed marketing insights for content, ads, and audience targeting.
  • Track competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: MBA in Marketing, Business, or Digital Marketing (preferred).
  • Experience: 3+ years in market research, digital marketing, or LinkedIn analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, LinkedIn Insights.
  • Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of social media trends and content marketing.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and present insights effectively.

Preferred:

  • B2B marketing experience, digital certifications, and AI-driven marketing knowledge.
