Job Timing: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Interview Timing: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• VMC Operation: Operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to perform precision machining tasks.
• Programming: Write and modify programs for VMC machines to meet production specifications.
• Machine Setup: Set up machines, load raw materials, and ensure tools and fixtures are correctly positioned.
• Quality Control: Inspect machined parts for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC machines.
• Documentation: Maintain records of work orders, machine settings, and production progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to meet deadlines and improve processes.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in operating and programming VMC machines.
• Proficient in G-code programming and machine setup.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for VMC machines.
