Job Description

We are looking for a software developer experienced in Java SpringBoot to join our team! You will be responsible for planning and developing/implementing complete backend, coordinating with team-mates and clients to break down expectations and prepare execution plans, following industry standards and developing maintainable code.

Our ideal candidates should be familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment.

Ultimately, the role of the Software Engineer is to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions

• Write well-designed, testable code

• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility

• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system

• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures

• Document and maintain software functionality

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback

• Comply with project plans and industry standards

• Ensure software is updated with latest features

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• 2+ years of experience as a Java SpringBoot developer or similar role.

• Must have exposure in developing softwares as a Java SpringBoot developer, which shall include,

• Proficiency in Core Java concepts

• Command on SpringBoot functionality

• Understanding and knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax

• Good knowledge of Deployment on different platforms like AWS, Azure and so on

• Understanding of Microservices architecture

• Understanding of dockers

• Excellent knowledge of API communication, swagger documentation, models/interfaces, API logging, 

• Exception handling, Middlewares/Interceptors

• Excellent knowledge of Role based authorisation

• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

• A knack for benchmarking and optimisation.
