We have urgent openings for Business Development Executive

Experience: 1.5 yrs to 3 yrs

CTC: 30 k to 35 k

Location: Malleshwaram, Bangalore

Notice Period: within 1 month

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Present company products/services to clients in a professional manner.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategic initiatives.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Maintain CRM systems and ensure proper documentation of client interactions.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing, (Female Candidate only)
• Freshers and Experienced with (0-2 years)
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (0-2 years preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Freshers and Experienced in MBA in Marketing (Female Candidate only)
• Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools.
