Roles & Responsibilities

Should have 6 – 10 years of experience

Should have good hands on BY WMS

Good to have SCM domain Exposure

Experience on onboarding new customers to cloud platforms (Azure / BY private cloud) from on premise deployments.

Understanding various components of application and infrastructure (Network, Virtual machines, DB and various integration mechanisms)

PROGRAMMING • MOCA • Page Builder • Perl • Unix

Onboard new customers to cloud (BY private/ Azure).

Upgrade & Migrate from on premise deployment to cloud.

Providing feedback to product team for new product features as per business/ SaaS demand.

Conducting DR drills for customers and coordinating the activity between customer and infrastructure teams.

Helping customers during different phases of project (UAT/ SIT) and fixing performance issues
