We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Admin to manage our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GST compliance, taxation, and IT return filing, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and file GST returns, income tax returns, and other statutory filings
• Generate, verify, and manage client and vendor invoices
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during financial audits
• Maintain documentation and support for all financial transactions

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in accounting and finance
• M.Com / CA qualification preferred
• Strong knowledge in GST, taxation laws, and income tax filing
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.) and MS Office (especially Excel)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
