Job Overview

Ameenji Rubber Limited is seeking an XRay Welder for a Junior position at our Medak location. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field. This is a full-time position, requiring expertise in welding techniques and inspection skills for ensuring product excellence. Qualifications and Skills

• Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) expertise is essential for executing welding tasks (Mandatory skill).
• X-ray Weld Inspection skills are vital for evaluating the quality of welds and ensuring their integrity (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) and ability to perform precise welding operations.
• Knowledge of Nondestructive Testing (NDT) methods for evaluating welded joints without causing damage.
• Understanding and adherence to Welding Safety Practices to ensure a safe work environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints to execute welding projects accurately.
• Familiarity with Welding Codes and Standards for compliance with industry regulations.
• Skills in Welding Defect Identification to detect and address issues that may affect product quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality welds using SMAW techniques for our wide range of products.
• Conduct thorough X-ray inspections to evaluate and assure the quality of welds.
• Collaborate with team members to interpret blueprints and execute welding tasks accurately.
• Ensure adherence to safety practices throughout all welding operations.
• Perform GTAW as required for specific tasks, ensuring precision and quality.
• Identify and document any welding defects, engaging in corrective actions where necessary.
• Keep up with industry standards and continually improve welding skills through training and practice.
• Contribute to the company's commitment to product integrity and customer satisfaction.
