The VMC Programmer and Operator position at Ameenji Rubber Limited is a full-time junior-level role based in Medak. The successful candidate will have essential experience ranging from one to three years. This role involves working closely with CNC machinery to program and operate VMCs efficiently for high-quality manufacturing processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• CNC Programming (Mandatory skill) is required for developing and optimizing machining programs to ensure efficient production.
• Machining Operations (Mandatory skill) experience is needed to manage and execute precise cutting and drilling tasks.
• Tool Setup and Calibration (Mandatory skill) competency is essential to maintain the accuracy and quality of machined parts.
• Proficiency in G-code is required for writing and modifying complex machining instructions tailored to project specifications.
• Familiarity with Fanuc Control Systems is crucial for operating and troubleshooting CNC machines with this interface.
• Experience with Haas CNC Machines is necessary for operating these specific equipment models, ensuring smooth production.
• Blueprint Reading is required for accurately interpreting technical drawings to implement precise machining processes.
