Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Rotocure Operator to join our team at our Medak location. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in rubber processing and machine operation. As a Rotocure Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our rotocure machines, contributing to our production efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in machine operation with hands-on experience in the field of rubber processing, especially with rotocure machines (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in rotocure machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding and implementation of quality control measures to maintain high product standards.
• Knowledge of safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
• Capability in mechanical troubleshooting to quickly address and resolve equipment issues.
• Ability to enhance production efficiency by optimizing machine settings and workflows.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor rotocure machines to ensure proper curing of rubber products as per specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines to prevent unforeseen breakdowns.
• Implement quality control procedures to guarantee that all products meet the required standards and specifications.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with the production team to optimize machine settings for maximum efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential mechanical issues and address them proactively.
• Document and report on machine performance, maintenance schedules, and production statistics.
• Assist in training and guiding junior operators to help them understand rotocure machine operations.
