Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Quality Control Engineer for our Medak location. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards for our products, leveraging ISO 9001 standards, non-destructive testing, and quality management systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in ISO 9001 Standards (Mandatory skill), with the ability to implement and monitor compliance effectively.
• Experience in Non-destructive Testing (NDT) (Mandatory skill) to evaluate material properties without causing damage.
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) (Mandatory skill) to help drive quality improvements across the board.
• Capability in Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyze and improve production processes by reducing variability.
• Competence in Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve the fundamental issues impacting product quality.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma Methodologies to ensure process control and quality enhancement.
• Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) for ensuring product designs are manufactured accurately.
• Ability to use Calipers and Micrometers effectively for precise measurements in quality inspections.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure product quality across all stages of production in adherence to ISO standards.
• Conduct non-destructive testing to ascertain the integrity and reliability of products without damaging them.
• Develop and maintain QMS reports and records to ensure seamless internal audits and inspections.
• Implement and manage Statistical Process Control (SPC) programs across production lines.
• Perform root cause analyses and facilitate corrective actions for any identified quality issues.
• Collaborate with the production team to instill Six Sigma methodologies and promote a culture of quality assurance.
• Evaluate product reliability using GD&T techniques to meet exact design specifications.
• Regularly utilize and maintain precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure component conformity.
