Job Overview

Ameenji Rubber Limited is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Mig Welder to join our team in Medak. This is a full-time position, suitable for candidates with a maximum of six years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will excel in executing precise welding tasks while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in MIG Welding (Mandatory skill), must demonstrate exceptional skills in fusing metal pieces efficiently and accurately.
• Sound knowledge in Blueprint Reading (Mandatory skill), capable of interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in Fabrication (Mandatory skill), skilled in cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components.
• Strong attention to detail, maintaining high standards in finished products while following exact specifications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common production goals.
• Good understanding of safety practices and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ability to operate various welding equipment and tools efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills, crucial for coordinating with other team members and reporting to supervisors.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding operations with precision, adhering to all safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure welding tasks are conducted accurately.
• Carry out fabrication tasks by correctly cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components.
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure reliability and safety during operations.
• Collaborate closely with other welding and production team members to meet company objectives.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Document completed tasks accurately and report to supervisors for further instructions and quality checks.
