Job Overview
Join Ameenji Rubber Limited as a Marketing Sales BDE in Hyderabad. This full-time entry-level position is ideal for freshers with 0 to 3 years of experience in the rubber industry. As a key player in our marketing and sales team, you will focus on lead generation, social media marketing, and outside sales, which are mandatory skills for this role. Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase company awareness and sales.
- Identify and generate new leads through various marketing channels and outreach programs.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Ameenji Rubber Limited's brand.
· Meeting Customers related to , Infrastructure & Construction Companies
· New business development (Through Cold Calls, if required Client Visit)
· Acquiring and retention of customers through regular follow ups for requirements.
· Finding opportunities for New Products and new Business areas.
· Achieving market targets as per plans.
· Competitor & potential market analysis
· Spotting new business opportunities globally
· Co-ordinating with Q.C, R& D, Production departments to customize products according to client’s needs.
· Market analysis, business development, customer service with acute focus on increasing retention and instigating cross sell opportunities, and getting new customer through referrals.
· Taking customer calls and understanding the client’s requirement and follow-up with respective departments.
· Coordinating day to day Marketing & Sales division activities.
