ARPSL provides complete EPC solutions for turnkey electrical projects having significant experience in various state Power Transmission utilities in India. Our expertise is in handling projects for EHV / HV / & LT Transmission & Distribution substations and lines up to 400 KV, SCADA DMS & SMART CITY. The team is well equipped on how to deal with all kinds of challenges in the construction of indoor and outdoor Substations for various heavy industry sectors like Oil & Gas, Railways, Renewable energy, BESS and others irrespective of site conditions. Project managers take up the entire responsibility for all phases involved in a turnkey, Semi-turnkey substation, from engineering to commissioning. ARPSL reliably delivers optimized and economic applications and avail local resources and custom made solutions for our customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Tracking of various business opportunities related to Transmission & Distribution in 220kv, 400kv, 765KV and UG Cable, SCADA.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Keeping track of new policy as well as changes related to business sector
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and generating enquiry
  • Networking with Tendering team in drafting PQ to propose in bid and get qualified
  • Collaborating with internal team (design, tendering and execution etc) for various inputs for proposal submission and execution
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients with company management
  • Exploring new vendors for key equipment and arranging meetings with them for knowledge sharing
  • Developing Strategies for business entry either direct or through JVs or Partnership. Accordingly identifying JV partners or vendors for bid participation
  • Attending customer meetings (online or offline as desired) and follow up with customer.
  • Contributing in profitable order book as per target set
  • Taking responsibility in negotiating contract terms with customer
  • Building long-term relationships with new as well as existing customers and regularly adding new customers for profitable growth of company
  • Promoting the company’s acheivments and enhancing brand value of company
  • Keeping track of competitors data and analyzing and discussing on regular base to enhance our capabilities
  • understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Lead in Preparation of preliminary Annual Business Development Plan.
  • Through Experience and Knowledge on Transmission & Distribution Business Development and Tendering
  • Knowledge on EHV Transmission Lines, Substations & Distribution(SCADA, UG Cable) Project works
  • Registering with consultants and submitting the company profile
  • Meeting Customers of Govt.Utilities & Private utilities
  • Presenting the credentials & submitting the offer
  • Compiling the Entire correspondances from the offer stage to Completion stage with the Help of PRM
  • Supporting/Liasioning with Customer & CFT for Meeting the Project Requirements.
  • Co-ordinating for QMS activities w.r.t BDP
  • Maintain record of Project Completion Certificates
  • Knowledge on SAP -SD Module for creation of SO's, Credit/Debit memo's etc


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's of Engineering - Electrical / Civil
  • 10 - 15 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
