The Quality Executive role at AMANN SEWING & EMBROIDERY THREADS PRIVATE LIMITED is a mid-level, full-time position based in Ranipet. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing quality standards of sewing and embroidery threads through comprehensive quality assurance processes, textile testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate with Diploma / B Tech Textile is preferred.
• Sewing & Embroidery Thread testing experience with in-depth knowledge of various evaluations and analytical methods for threads quality and performance assessment (Mandatory skill).
• Strong expertise in quality assurance processes within textile manufacturing, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards (Mandatory skill).
• Comprehensive understanding of threads manufacturing characteristics and ability to assess product consistency for sewing and embroidery threads (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in conducting internal audits, identifying process deviations, and recommending corrective measures to meet company quality goals.
• Capability in process improvement, utilizing quality tools and methodologies to drive operational efficiency and product excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform all colon measurement in Data colour at Dye house end                          
• Monitor the implementation of safety, housekeeping requirement and working regulation in lab
• Responsible for communication in all lab stuff within his shift and others shift also           
• Responsible for efficiency and accuracy of colour measurement performance in lab
•  Responsible for training for new lab staff                                   
• Production order release and create block sheet in SAP                         
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement                       
•  Ensure that relevant quality documentation, such as standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals, are up to date and accessible to the appropriate personnel
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures 
• Follow the guidelines of internal quality standard & product specification granted with customer.
• Be complying with procedure of work instruction.
