Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Merchandiser to join our growing team. The role is based in Bangalore Urban and Gurgaon, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. You will gain hands-on experience while engaging with various aspects within the textile sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess excellent customer support skills to effectively handle inquiries and maintain client satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in sample collection is essential for collaborating with Sales and production teams (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in sales coordination to assist the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining records (Mandatory skill).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various departments.
• Willingness to Travel to buying office / Customer Places.
• Proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the sample collection / Colour Submission process by working closely with Customers.
• Coordinate with buying house / B2B Customers to align order fulfilment and deliverables for seamless transactions.
• Liase with sales team ensuring smooth internal communication.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to coordinate with buyers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
