AMANN Sewing & Embroidery Threads Private Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team in Bangalore or Gurgaon. This junior-level position is ideal for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support roles. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, manage customer communications, and ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any Degree with 0-2 years can apply for this position.
• Should be Willing to Travel to B2B customers / Buying house as and when required.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management is crucial for maintaining strong, positive client interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales coordination is necessary to effectively manage and synchronize sales steps and ensure successful deal closure and client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless order processing and fulfilment.
• Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Monitor order status and ensure prompt communication with customers regarding delivery times and product availability.
• Sample / Shade Collection from customer and coordinating between sales & Operations teams
