Main responsibilities: 

• Ensuring the day-to-day user IT support.
• Monitoring and Maintenance of Servers, Network Hardware and Equipment.
• Monitoring and Maintenance of Online UPS.
• Managing & Supporting software’s used in Dyeing Process (Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting)
• Provide support to IP Phone & VC System.
• Monitoring the India-Germany and Internet Link.
• Monitoring and Maintenance of the whole Factory LAN
• Monitoring and Maintenance of Access Controls and HRIS System of PAN India.
• Ensuring the Routine Backup of India.
• Monitoring the Environment System of Server Rooms.
• Considering the Health & Safety measure of Whole IT Setup of India.
• Maintain and update the IT inventory on regular basis.
• Monitoring and support to the imaging and printing system.
• Provide support to IT systems of India.
• Provide IT induction to New Joiners
• Procurement of IT assets as per need, budget, approval, purchase order for all districts and regions.
• IT Budget Planning as per IT Policy and Instructions received.
• Tracking, tagging of IT assets, Mobile | Maintenance of IT asset & Mobile Record in stock register & Database. Maintaining repair and maintenance records.

• Knowledge on IP Phone & VC System

• HP Data Protect Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or textile industry environment.
• Experience with ERP systems in production environments.
• Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, database management (SQL), and backup systems.
• Familiarity with dyeing machine control systems or production software is highly desirable
