Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager Finance for our office in Ranipet. This mid-level, full-time position requires expertise in financial management and reporting to support our operations in the textile manufacturing sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in tax compliance and taxation, ensuring all financial practices meet legal standards (Mandatory skill).
• Certified Chartered Accountant credential is a must to lead financial processes with proficiency (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in SAP for efficiently managing financial processes and data within the organization.
• Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with various departments and convey financial insights clearly.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage tax compliance activities and oversee taxation processes to safeguard against legal risks.
• Utilize SAP for financial tracking and reporting, optimizing the use of resources and improving accuracy.
•  Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning.
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
•  Manage preparation and submission of tax returns (GST, VAT, income tax, etc.)
• Coordinate with tax consultants and ensure adherence to tax laws and deadlines.     
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as required.
