Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Customer Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing relationships and addressing concerns efficiently. The ideal candidate will leverage their skills in account management and collaboration to meet the company's high service standards and support the growth of our brand.
- Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and trust
- Understand clients’ goals and business needs; ensure our services align and add value
- Oversee onboarding and implementation processes to ensure a smooth client experience
- Monitor account health, track usage metrics, and proactively address risks or issues
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to deliver client success
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and manage escalations professionally
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and assist in account growth
- Gather client feedback and contribute to product and service improvements
- Maintain accurate client records
