Regular updates and follow up with suppliers / liners

Dealing with various forwarders for arranging delivery

Regular follow up with internal departments to get updates on supplier issues.

Maintaining data of all clients / potential clients

Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports

Facilitates action process improvement initiatives including reduce in-transit times and storage costs

Maintain records for all import and export documentation ensuring compliance with all government laws and regulations; including maintaining department process documentation

Selection of shipment transit mode - (Sea, Air, Cargo, Courier)

Maintaining the List of Approved Forwarder, Negotiation & price comparing with the Forwarders for Shipment, price comparing with multiple forwarders for getting the shipment.
