Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, and driving the sales process to close, all while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will play a critical role in helping us expand our market presence and achieve sales targets in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and digital channels to generate leads and opportunities for real estate sales.
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs, provide detailed information on properties, and identify the right match.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current property listings, market trends, and competitive offerings to present well-informed solutions to clients.
- Sales Conversion: Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales leads by building relationships and guiding prospects through the decision-making process.
- Follow-up: Consistently follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely responses, scheduling property viewings, and maintaining communication until deals are closed.
- Database Management: Maintain and update CRM software with lead information, follow-up activities, and sales progress.
- Negotiation & Closing: Support clients in negotiations and assist in closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Self-Motivated
- Knowledge of the local Real Estate Market.
- Aggressive towards profession & Open for Challenges.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or real estate sales (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication & verbal and written skills with an ability to build a relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends, property types, and market is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, driven, and results-oriented.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields)

Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
