Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about building productive business relationships, achieving sales targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products to existing and prospective customers.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, with 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage and analyze customer interactions.
  • Ability to generate leads using Lead Generation Tools (Mandatory skill) to identify new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Software (Mandatory skill) to efficiently handle property listings and client interactions.
  • Ability to conduct Real Estate Market Analysis to understand market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong Negotiation Techniques to successfully close deals and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing Strategies to enhance product promotion and brand visibility.
  • Knowledge of Contract Law to ensure all transactions comply with legal standards and regulations.
  • Experience with Virtual Tour Technology to provide clients with immersive property viewing experiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with excellent communication and presentation skills.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing/potential customers to tailor product offerings.
  • Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Reach out to consumer leads through cold calling to expand the customer base.
  • Handle customer complaints and problems swiftly to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the designated schedule.
  • Collaborate with team members and coordinate efforts with other departments.
  • Analyze territory/market potential, track sales progress, and report on status and opportunities.
  • Provide management with detailed reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and promotional trends to continuously improve performance.
