Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer / Executive to join our team at Altis Industries Private Limited. This is a full-time position located in Pithampur. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards while coordinating across various departments.

Qualifications and Skills

• B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) preferred or Any Graduate.
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Mandatory skill) to handle project documentation and presentations efficiently.
• Must possess exceptional coordination skills (Mandatory skill) for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong critical thinking ability to assess situations from multiple angles and devise strategic solutions accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clarity in project expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project planning, ensuring all activities align with established timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical challenges that arise during project execution and provide innovative solutions.
• Foster strong client relationships, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to company policies and safety standards, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
