Designation: Jr. Engineer/Executive - Purchase

Location – Indore, M.P.

Requirements:

1. Prepare quotations to secure the best terms on price, delivery, and quality.
2. Coordinate and follow up on inter and intra-departmental levels.
3. Documentation, MIS updation and SAP- Preparing and maintaining PO, Quotation comparison, GRPO and complete import/export documentation work as required.
4. Incorporate product quality specification into purchase to maintain high quality standards.
5. Material Inspection & Documentation – Making of quality sheet for checking the material.
6. Arranging of way bill from A/C Dept and mailing the same to vendor.
7. Rejected Material Return Process- Returning of material with complete formalities like letter etc.
8. Follow up with transport agency/suppliers for timely delivery of material.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical)
• Experience: 0-3 Years of experience.
• Good Analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and resolve technical issues.
• Multitasking with a problem-solving attitude.
