KEY ROLE:

1. Documentation, Reporting & Software Management:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation/ERP entries of IT systems/inventory (any it asset or spares), maintaining record from procurement to scrap including allotments of any IT procured asset/spares.
• Prepare and present reports on IT performance, system status, and improvement plans to senior management.
• Monitor and maintain network security and connectivity.

1. System Security & Data Backup:

• Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard the organization’s data and network.
• Regularly back up company data and ensure recovery plans are in place.
• Conduct periodic security audits and updates to safeguard against cyber threats.

SUB ROLE:

1. Technical Support:

• Provide first-line support to end users for software, hardware, and network-related issues. Respond to help desk requests and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the routine maintenance and management of servers, desktops, and network devices.
• Install and configure software applications for users. Ensure the latest software versions and security patches are applied.

1. Project Assistance:

• Collaborate with IT members to understand technology needs and ensure proper IT solutions.
• Assist senior IT staff with project tasks, upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting.
