Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and systems used in the manufacturing process
2. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance tasks to avoid breakdowns and ensure uninterrupted production.
3. Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and machinery.
4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as production, engineering, and quality assurance, to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize repairs based on production schedules and priorities.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Requirements:

• Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical/EC/Electronics
• Experience: 4-7 Years
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear Mechanical Concepts.
