• Familiarity with PCB assembly techniques is vital, as it forms the basis of many practical tasks you will encounter. (Mandatory skill)
• A solid understanding of technical documentation is required for maintaining records and developing operational reports.
• Knowledge of analog and digital circuits is important to ensure the correct implementation of design solutions and troubleshooting.
• Experience or knowledge in automation systems will be beneficial in handling integrated industrial applications effectively.
• Field service skills are necessary for providing on-site support and maintenance of installed equipment and systems.
• Proficiency in soldering is needed for repair tasks to ensure the effective maintenance of electronic components.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing and resolving their electronic system issues efficiently.
• Assist in troubleshooting and rectifying faults in electronics circuitry, ensuring minimal downtime and maximal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure their optimum operation and longevity.
• Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback on system performance and suggest improvements.
• Document all service activities, incidents, and resolutions for future reference and ongoing quality improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
• Participate in training and development sessions to keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends.
