We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team, with a preference for female candidates. Roles and Responsibilities
- Call customers to share company profiles and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for customers.
- Follow up with customers regularly to close leads.
- Understand customer queries (technical or non-technical) on calls and address concerns or communicate with the relevant department.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, and keep customer records organized.
- Prepare reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reviews.
- Identify and analyze potential clients by state or city, and share company profiles and product details through calls, emails, or SMS.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, managing and interpreting their requirements effectively.
- Serve as a single point of contact for all email communication for the company.
