Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video, has an eye for detail, and can bring raw footage to life. You will be responsible for editing various forms of video content—from promotional videos and social media clips to corporate presentations and long-form content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content that aligns with project goals and brand identity.
• Add music, graphics, animations, sound effects, and other visual/audio elements.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and other creative team members to execute a shared vision.
• Review and revise content based on feedback to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain an organized file system and ensure version control.
• Stay up to date with the latest editing techniques, software, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• Proficiency with shooting content is a plus.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for exporting content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field.
• Experience with audio editing tools like Adobe Audition or Logic Pro.
• Familiarity with camera operation, lighting, or on-set production (a plus).
• A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing past work.
