JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE Project Management includes warranty, Spares , Service & Inverters As a office backend support you will be first contact of customers who need for spares. Fill and Manage SF CAREs. Sales Order entries and reporting the OrderRevenue-Backlog reports. Issuing customer Invoices and follow the payments.
ACTIVITIES CIC Support: Be first customer contact for spares support . Support customers to fill the claim forms correctly. Control and do necessary corrections on CAREs if needed. Reporting of the CAREs by status and date , ship the warranty spares. Project management: Book the orders into SAP. Track the payments. According to contract terms release the order. Issuing the invoices. Creating new customers in SAP system. Logistics: According to contract terms, process the shipment of the material/ inform service team for repair/service activities. Coordination between the SCM to have proper materials / spares flow to meet customer requirements. Planning & Inventory control based on experience of requirement. Weekly update to global team status of the orders. Payment Collections with internal / external customers. Managing the ASP orders and Payments properly. Coordination with productions, testing and engineering team to deliver the inverters
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Education - Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar role Languages - Fluent English knowledge (B2 or superior)
Multitasking capability Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Highly motivated and self-driven, teamwork predisposition
