Job Overview

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team at A L Paper House. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production and delivery of our handmade paper and paper products. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the paper or textile industry.
• Bachelor's degree in merchandising, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Understanding of export procedures and documentation.
• Experience in the handmade paper or paper products industry is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely production and delivery of orders.
• Manage the entire merchandising process, from sourcing raw materials to final product delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for procurement.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and timely execution of orders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Prepare reports and present findings to the management team.
