Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of HR Compliance Manager at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As the HR Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our HR policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in HR compliance or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience conducting audits and assessments
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
• Certifications in HR compliance (e.g., CTPAT, BSCI, Sedex) are preferred
• Experience with payroll administration and familiarity with payroll regulations
• Knowledge of fire safety regulations is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Review and update employee handbook and other HR-related documents to reflect current laws and regulations
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any compliance gaps
• Provide guidance and support to HR staff and management on compliance-related matters
• Ensure proper recordkeeping and documentation to meet compliance requirements
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with legal counsel and external auditors as needed
• Manage compliance training programs for employees
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related complaints or issues
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required
