Job Description:Customer Service International Voice Process·&nbsp;Provide customer support and resolve customer queries on call and chat·&nbsp;Build credibility and trust with the customers by empathizing with their problem in words, proactively understanding their needs and responding promptly thereby obtaining high quality/ Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores for the work you performed.·&nbsp;Research, Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.·&nbsp;Candidates should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shift).&nbsp;Key Qualifications &amp; Skills Required·&nbsp;The candidate should have good command over English - fluency in spoken and written English, customer service skills and high energy levels.·&nbsp;Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.·&nbsp;Should be a quick learner and self-motivated.&nbsp;Core Competencies·&nbsp;Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality.·&nbsp;Excellent Problem Solving and Customer Service Skills·&nbsp;Ability to think creatively and should have a positive attitude.·&nbsp;Strong analytical &amp; Interpersonal skills.
