BRANCH HEAD OPENINGS WITH LEADING BANK – CTC: 12L (Senior Opening)

Job Description :-

• Responsible for overall sales and Profitability for the branch.
• Sales Sourcing of Retail Liability products & Retail Asset products
•  Main focus on CASA, TASC, Fund Inflow, LI and GI.
•  Monitor the overall Branch operations and sales.
•  Handling a team of overall 6 staffs in branch.
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

• Must be a Graduate / PG
• Age should not be beyond 39 years
• 4 – 8 Years of Banking Exp is mandatory
• Preferring candidates those who are currently working as Branch Manager in Banking Industry.
• Should have average job stability of 1 years and above
• Also consider good performers from front line profiles with a good career background in Banks

CTC: Up to 12 Lakh/ Annum
