Qualification: BE/BTech/MTech


Experience: 3-5 Yrs


Budget: 30% Hike on Current 




NPI Project Coordinator is responsible for tracking all new Projects as per NPI Process.



Coordination with Project leaders to convert Sales requirements, quotations & Proposals as per new projects for making project feasibility & Business cases approval.


Facilitate the new Product introduction (NPI) meetings with representatives from R&D, Commercial, PE and production & coordinate across all functions to till product ramp-up.


Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deliverables & milestones of NPI projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.


Ensure timely delivery of key projects for manufacturing Proto, Pilot and mass production & track all open issues for closure with the support of CFT.


Justification of requirement:


1] 11 New Product Introductions are planned.


2] 15 Current product projects are in progress.


3] To ensure all project deliverables are met as per defined timelines.


4} Track Project Gates as per NPI Process and highlight ways to expedite projects to Management.


Skill Set Understanding on QCD & sustainability deliverables, Timeline management & Strong Coordination.
