Executive/Jr Manager – P2P

Qualification: Min Graduate

Age: Upto 30

Skills: MS Office/ SAP

CTC: 5 Lacs PA.

Location : Pune


The key deliverables shall be as below:


  1. Processing of all Admin relating bills (Canteen, Bus facility, driver salary etc);
  2. Processing of all HR relating bills (contract wages, recruitment etc);
  3. Ensure recovery of expenses like canteen, bus from contractors;
  4. Ensure TDS/TCS compliances before releasing payments/booking invoices;
  5. Work towards quick Turn Around time from Bills receipt to payment release and monitor the improvements;
  6. Identification of risks (present & future) and ensuring effective risk mitigation of the process;
  7. Driving implementation of improvement measures;
  8. Digitalisation of the current payment process to drive efficiency and transparency including quick turn-around time;

Work in close co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of services;
