Job Responsibilities:


  • Provide thought leadership to the company and design strategies to manage overall profitability which are in sync with CSD’s goals and values.
  • Understand Client brief, requirements and decode it to be further shared with inhouse team of client servicing, operations, creative.
  • Brainstorm with the team to produce techno- creative solutions to help brands increase their visibility resulting in increased ROI for them. 
  • Working / designing of winning business presentations or proposals.
  • Pitch for new businesses in B2B, B2C domain through innovative ways aimed at offering excellent services to corporates/ clients. 
  • Schedule & attend client meetings with client’s team and give extensive business presentations.
  • Build, manage and maintain strong professional networking with decision makers in corporates and PSUs.
  • Retain existing accounts/ clients through consistent communication, follow ups to generate repeat business. 
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution of projects in a seamless and professional way.
  • Ensure closure of all processes with end-to-end payment processes, invoicing, and follow-up for payments, and customer feedback.
  • Assist the team with the queries they have generated and providing right strategic solution in respect to events, activation and exhibit solutions.
  • Report to the top management about day-to-day team progress and create weekly and monthly projections and reports.

Required Profile

  • 10+ years of business development, sales, marketing experience with corporates/ hotels/ travel & tourism industry.
  • Strong network connections with decision makers in corporates/ hotels/ PSUs.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal & written.
  • Well organised, creative, outgoing and happy to work as part of a small team and on his/ her own.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks while working on multiple projects.
  • Highly motivated and driven by targets.
  • Open for extensive travel across India.
