Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient handling of materials and inventory.
• Monitor stock levels, plan reorders, and ensure the availability of materials as per production requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including receipts, issues, and stock movements.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize wastage and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Coordinate with the purchase and production teams to streamline material flow and storage.
• Supervise and guide store personnel to maintain high standards of productivity and compliance.
• Ensure proper storage practices to safeguard material quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Generate and present regular inventory reports to management for review and planning.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in store management, preferably in the manufacturing or renewable energy sector.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and storage protocols.
