Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support various HR functions. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in drafting HR-related documents such as policies, letters, and reports.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Support attendance and leave management processes.
• Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
