Job Title: UKG Pro + Boomi Consultant


Location: Remote / PAN India

Experience: 5+ Years (Minimum 3+ Years Relevant in UKG Pro)

Employment Type: Contract



Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced UKG Pro Consultant with hands-on expertise in UKG Pro implementation and integration, preferably with Boomi experience. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of UKG Pro with other HR systems, ensuring seamless workforce management and payroll operations across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UKG Pro implementation and configuration projects from end to end.
  • Design and develop technical solutions for complex business requirements within UKG Pro.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro with other HR systems using Boomi or similar middleware.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective UKG Pro configurations.
  • Design and implement workflows, rules, and policies to meet organizational goals.
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex UKG Pro issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all configurations and integrations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure UKG Pro aligns with organizational and business objectives.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years total experience with at least 3+ years hands-on in UKG Pro.
  • Experience with Boomi integration or similar middleware tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management principles.
  • Proven experience with UKG Pro implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Good to Have:

  • Certification in UKG Pro or Boomi.
  • Experience working on multiple UKG Pro modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time, etc.).
  • Prior experience in remote teams and global workforce environments.
