Technical Project Manager – Privileged Access Management 

The role :

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a specialist emphasis on delivering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure Entra and MFA implementation projects. Successful candidates for this role will have the technical calibre to engage with application stakeholders to assess technical feasibility of integration of applications to MFA and SSO and work with Subject Matter Experts to onboard applications for SSO/MFA enablement. 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end MFA rollouts leveraging the Microsoft Entra stack.

Liaise with application owners and stakeholders to evaluate technical requirements for MFA and SSO integration.

Coordinate with technical teams to implement and refine conditional access policies.

Facilitate the onboarding of applications into authentication frameworks, specifically focusing on SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

Oversee infrastructure-related projects, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), endpoint security, and infrastructure vulnerability management.

Drive delivery using Agile frameworks , including leading backlog refinement, conducting Sprint ceremonies, and providing periodic progress reporting.

Ensure alignment with cybersecurity principles such as resilience, data governance, and network security.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Microsoft Entra ID and MFA implementations, including a solid understanding of conditional access and authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC).

Project Management: Strong background in Agile delivery and the ability to manage complex technical workstreams.

Cybersecurity Knowledge: Deep understanding of core security concepts and infrastructure vulnerability management.

Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as an active listener and collaborative team player.

Experience: Prior experience managing IAM or endpoint security projects within an enterprise environment
