Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Experience : 4+ years
Mode : 6 month contract + ext.
General Shift
Remote | Hybrid model – Preferred from Noida / Delhi NCR
Not looking for Admin role we are looking only for Developers
ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and modules, including ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.- ITSM must have and CSM optional
- Experience of ServiceNow Now Assist is mandatory – Must have
- Knowledge of Open AI Integration with ServiceNow ITSM
- Platform Configuration: Configure and manage ServiceNow modules (ITSM & CSM), workflows, UI policies, business rules, and UI actions. – Must
- Scripting: Write and modify scripts in JavaScript (both client and server-side), ServiceNow scripting languages (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Scripts, etc.), Open AI Integrations to automate processes.
- Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, third-party applications) using SOAP, REST, and other web services APIs, other ITSM data and Open AI integrations
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring continuous service availability.
- Security and Performance: Implement best practices to optimize the performance and security of ServiceNow environments. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Provide knowledge transfer to other team members as needed.
- Ready to explore and quickly learn new things required at work as mandated by the project requirement
Good-to-have Skills
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, AppEngine and other ServiceNow development tools.
Leverage App Engine to build and automate custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Configuration Management Database
(CMDB).
• Expertise in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and platform setup.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and how they are implemented in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow’s Update Sets and managing version control.

- Ability to mentor junior consultants or developers.
- Should take the responsibilities of the task assigned
Prerequisites:
- Qualification - B.Tech. (CS/IT)/ MCA
- 4-6 years’ relevant ServiceNow experience in the IT software industry.
