Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA development. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing custom SAP solutions using modern ABAP technologies and code pushdown techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs in S/4HANA environment
• Work extensively on RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
• Develop and optimize CDS Views and implement AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures)
• Apply code pushdown techniques to improve performance on SAP HANA
• Build and maintain OData Services for SAP Fiori/UI5 applications
• Develop ALV Reports, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis of complex issues
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
• Collaborate with functional consultants and cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design
• Support S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and support projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of strong SAP ABAP development experience
• Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA environment
• Expertise in:
• CDS Views
• AMDP
• Code Pushdown Techniques
• Strong experience with:
• RICEFW objects
• OData Services & Fiori integration
• ALV Reports
• Smart Forms / Adobe Forms
• Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills
• Experience in code review and quality assurance practices
• Strong understanding of SAP data models in S/4HANA
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 applications
• Experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations or migrations
• Familiarity with Agile project environments
