Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Cloud Data Platform (CDP) Specialist with a proven track record of implementing and managing CDP solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce CDP and its integration capabilities, as well as experience in delivering end-to-end data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• CDP Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce CDP to meet business requirements.
• Data Management: Manage customer data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce CDP with other Salesforce clouds and third-party applications.
• Customer Insights: Leverage CDP to create unified customer profiles, deliver actionable insights, and enhance customer engagement strategies.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize the performance of the Salesforce CDP platform.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, integration guides, and best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce CDP solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce CDP promptly.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud Data Platform (CDP).
• Strong understanding of customer data unification, segmentation, and activation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in data integration tools and techniques (APIs, ETL, middleware).
• Experience with data privacy, governance, and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
