💼 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Python + Django Backend Developer to work on high-scale, production-grade applications. The ideal candidate has strong backend expertise, solid database skills, and hands-on experience with modern application architectures.

🛠️ Key Technical Requirements

1. Strong Core Python Skills

✔️ Excellent understanding of Python fundamentals

✔️ Ability to write clean, optimized, scalable code

✔️ Experience in asynchronous programming (plus)

2. Django Backend Expertise

✔️ Strong hands-on experience with Django & Django REST Framework

✔️ Deep understanding of:

• DB schema design

• Models, migrations

• Query optimization

• ORM best practices

✔️ Ability to architect backend modules independently

3. Database & Schema Design

✔️ Experience designing normalized, scalable database structures

✔️ Strong understanding of:

• Indexing

• Joins & transactions

• Query performance tuning

✔️ Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL (must)

4. Frontend Knowledge (Required by Client)

✔️ Working knowledge of React.js

✔️ Ability to handle basic–intermediate UI components

✔️ Strong API integration skills
