We are hiring a Project Manager  for one of our clients' MNCs.

Exp – 4+  Years

Location: Onsite – Client Office, Kolkata

Shift: 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST

Job Type: Contract (6 Months to 1 Year + Extendable) / Full-Time

Qualifications:

MBA / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Com (Hons) / M.Com

PMP, PMI, or PRINCE2 Certification (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall implementation of the Document Management System (DMS)
• Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external project resources
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and management

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Prior experience in DMS implementation (preferred)
